Bobby "Duke" Hatten was born January 19, 1961 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late; James Nathaniel Hatten and Nadine Elizabeth Hatten. Duke graduated from Pontiac Central High School in 1981. He also attended Oakland Community College for two years. Duke also worked for Mrs. Karen Smail for more then twenty years as a Day Care Worker.

On March 28, 2018, the Lord saw fit to call Duke home. He graciously answered the call. Duke was preceded in death by his parents; James and Nadine Hatten,and his brother; Leon Lee Hatten. He leaves to cherish his precious memories; seven sisters; Diane (Rev. Billy) Allen, Lerna (Curtis) Lewis, Lumetta Hatten, Yvonne Hatten, Wanda "Fay" Hatten, Connie "Tonnie" McCulloum, Sheryl (Eddie) Hall and his brother; Billy Hatten (His Twin). Also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Bobby "Duke" Hatten will be held on Monday, April 3, 2018, at 6pm at New Experience Church of Christ 575 E. Pike St., Pontiac, Michigan.

A Visitation for Mr. Bobby "Duke" Hatten will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Cobbs Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan. From 11am until 8pm.
