Clarence Joseph Herron, Jr. of Grand Blanc, Michigan departed this life on April 3, 2018. He is the husband of Carol A. Herron. He was preceded him in death by his father the late; Clarence Herron, Sr. and his mother the late; Mary Lee Herron. Mr. Herron is the the father of; Clarence Demetrius Herron of Grand Blanc, MI, Joey Denise Herron of Pontiac, Michigan, John Etchen of Dallas, TX, Ebonie Thomas of Pontiac, Michigan, Henry Thomas of Pontiac, Michigan and Joseph Martin of Grand Blanc, Michigan. Mr. Herron leaves to cherish his memory, his siblings; Viola L. Johnson of Jacksonville, FL, Huey P. Herron, Geraldine M. Herron, Hattie M. Hudson, Darlinda Herron and Edward Herron all of Pontiac, Michigan. He is the grandfather of thirteen and also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends. Mr. Herron was a member of Welcome Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan and he also retired from General Motors after 41 years of service.

Mr. Clarence Joseph Herron, Jr. will lie in repose on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan. From 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. Mr. Herron's celebration of life
will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan 143 Oneida St., Pontiac, Michigan. The family will meet with friends at 11:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Rev. Douglas P. Jones, officiating.
