Climothy Garrett, Jr., of Pontiac, Michigan, was born on April 11, 1960 to TeaRosia Garrett and the late, Climothy Garrett, Sr., in Tuscaloosa, AL.  He was called home to his heavenly home on August 27, 2023, at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI.

Climothy moved to Pontiac, MI, in 1967, where he was educated in the Pontiac School System and graduated from Pontiac Central High School in 1978.

Clim leaves to cherish his memories, his spouse; Linda Garrett, children; Amber (Cortez) Strickland, Dominique Garrett from Douglasville, GA, Cheyenne (Shayne) Adams of Pontiac, MI, two bonus daughters; Shaquita Lanier, of Atlanta, GA, and Shamika Lanier of Pontiac, MI., one bonus son; Kalandrus Powell, and his mother; TeaRosia Garrett, his siblings; Valerie (Ronnie) Mullen, Deborah Garrett, Marvin Garrett, Wendell (Angela) Drummer of Tuscaloosa, AL, eight grandchildren, and a special friend; Lillie Burton.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.

Mr. Garrett will lie in repose on Friday, September 8, 2023, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, MI from 1:30pm until 6:30pm.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church 250 Fisher St., Pontiac, MI.  Family hour will begin at 10:00am and services will start at 10:30am Pastor Rodney Tolbert, officiating.  Internment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery, Pontiac, MI.
