Dennis Martin of Pontiac, Michigan, made his transition on April 9, 2024.  He completed his final passage through the trouble water of life, to the Peaceful Shore of Eternity.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Meldee and Laverne Martin, siblings, Jerry, April, and Shelton Martin who was called home shortly after Dennis.

Dennis was the 2nd child of (6) children he accepted Christ at an early age, he was a graduate of Pontiac Central High School.

Dennis then United in Holly Matrimony to Linda Smith of Pontiac, MI and have been together ever since until his Sunset.  He was known for always having a smile on his face, no matter what he was going threw, you never not seen him smiling, he also love to play and joke with people.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Linda Martin, 3 Children, Dennis Jr. (Stephanie) of Alabama, daughter; Shalinda son; Denzel both of Pontiac, Michigan., grandchildren; Hollis, Omarion, Brooklyn all of Alabama, 3 Sisters, Dorris, Leann, and Yolanda all of Pontiac, Michigan, 1auntie; Lucia of Pontiac Ml., and a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 394 Howland Ave, Pontiac, Michigan., Elder Walter Elam officiating.  Family hour will begin at 11:00 a.m. and the service will start promptly at 12 p.m.
