Born April 30, 1971 to Anne Mae Bouie and Davy Lee Thomas, Felicia was raised by Esther Louise Caddell in Pontiac, Michigan. Felicia was called to glory after an extended illness at St Joseph Mercy Hospital on June 26, 2018. Felicia matriculated through the Pontiac School system, graduated from Pontiac Northern High School, and was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant before health concerns interrupted her career. She was a sweet person who wasn't afraid to speak her mind and had a quick comment whenever needed. Her favorite pastimes were shopping, eating, and spending time with her little people.

Felicia was preceded in death by her mothers Anne Mae Bouie and Esther Louise Caddell , as well as her sister Musamilla Thomas. Felicia leaves her father Davy; a daughter, Porchia Moy, of Pontiac; sisters Demetria Bouie, Khadijah Thomas, Tasnim (Ray) Luvine, Zaniab Thomas, Clara Norris, Shelia (Bill) Sullivan, Terry Ford, Paula (Arthur) Wiggins, Jacqueline Davis, Chelsea Caddell, Sarah Caddell, and Diamond Caddell; brothers Patrick (Cici) Caddell, Zakariya (Lashawnia), Dahod Thomas, Curtis Caddell, and Chester (Barbara) Caddell; granddaughters Ra'Siya and Paris; and special niece/nephew Ashton and Armani.
