Geraldine "Squeaky"  Rhimes was born on April 18, 1955 to the union of the late,  Jimmie Rhimes, Sr.,  and Lizzie B. Coleman in Pontiac, Michigan.  She passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter; Janiqua Rhimes, brothers; Willie Macklin and Jimmie Rhimes, Jr., her sister; Faith Rhimes and the love of her life Hurbert Madden.

She accepted Christ at an early age, and received her education through the Pontiac School District, one of her teachers gave her the nick name "Squeaky".  She worked in the Medical field as a caregiver and care for anyone that was in need.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children; Herbert (Towana) Rhimes, Shawana (Jermaine) Rhimes, Takesha Rhimes,  Shaquan Madden and a special nephew/son; Frederick Rhimes, siblings; Darlene Rhimes, Clifford Black,  Johnny (Denise) Coleman and Vonna (Harold) Ways, a special aunt; Barbara Johnson, 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 12:00 pm, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, family hour will begin at 11:00am. Internment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery, Pontiac, Michigan.
