Gladys Myers, age 100, of Pontiac, Michigan, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026. Born in Wickliffe, Kentucky, Gladys devoted her life to her family, her faith, and caring for others.  Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love touched the lives of many and will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Stella Myers; her beloved son, Angelo Myers; her two brothers; and her six sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted daughter, Debra Myers (Al Patrick); her grandchildren, Cherease Buckner, Myesha Myers, Charleston Day, and Timothy Day; her great-grandchildren, Mekhi Waddy, Madisen Waddy, Malachi Myers, and Tyus Myers; her dear friend, Evelyn Williams; and a host of extended family members, church family, friends, and loved ones.

At 100 years old, Gladys leaves a remarkable legacy of faith, compassion, strength, and love.  Her life was a blessing to those around her, and the memories she created will continue to live on through her family and future generations.

Celebration of Life will be held at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church 512 Pearsall Ave Pontiac, MI.  Family hour will begin at 10:00am and the service will promptly start at 11:00am.  Interment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery, Pontiac, Michigan, immediately after the service.
