James Donell Hendrix of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life on October 5, 2018.   Mr. Hendrix was preceded in death by his mother, the late, Louise Hendrix.  He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Danielle  Hendrix, children; Aaron (Gabriella) Rice, Kianna Lyons, Arianna Travis, James D. Hendrix, II, Deion Moore, Joshua Hendrix, Jonah McCloskey, Davion Hanley and Shakir Hendrix, siblings; Andrea Hendrix, Evelyn Hendrix, Cynthia Hendrix and Juan Quieaga.   Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.  Mr. Hendrix worked as a Dietician at St. Joseph Hospital.

Mr. Hendrix will lie in repose on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.  Mr. Hendrix's Celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11 a..m. at Cobb's Funeral Home.  The family will meet with friends at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
