Jaquan Kiante Fletcher was born on January 2, 1991 to Karyonda Fletcher and Jamar Carter, in Pontiac, Michigan, he departed this life on Friday, August 18, 2023.  Jaquan confessed Christ at the age of ten, and was baptized at Wheeler Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, in Hooker, Arkansas.

Jaquan had a Kind, Free, Loving, and Gentle Spirit, he loved all of his family and friends.  The most precious time he spent was with his six children.

He was preceded in death by his Great-Grandparents; Rev. Eddie (Odessa) Fletcher and Rosie Lee Fletcher, Clementine (Tina) Carter and Alvin Carter, Great-uncles; Shaddad Fletcher and Eddie Dennis Fletcher, Great-Aunt; Deborah (Carr) Fletcher and Grandmother; Vernita Carter Treadwell.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother; Karyonda (Ted) Vance of Melbourne, FL.,his father; Jamar Carter of Pontiac, MI., his children; Jake and Jace Fletcher of Sterling, Heights, MI., Jadia Longmire of Whitelake., MI., Ja'ayr Fletcher of Detroit, MI., and twins; Navayah and Avah McQueen of Waterford, MI., grandparents; Elaine Fletcher of Auburn Hills, MI., Gerald (Rose) Allen of Pontiac, MI., grandfather; John (Goo-Goo) Jackson of Pontiac, MI., godparents; TaKeyla Caine, Taquilla Caine and Candice (Antoine) Carter-Gilder, a special aunt; Angela Allen of Pontiac, MI.  Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives and friends

Mr. Fletcher will lie in repose on Friday, September 1, 2023, at Cobb's Funeral Home Chapel 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm until 6:00pm.

Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 394 Howland Ave, Pontiac, Michigan.  Family hour will begin at 10:00am and services will start at 10:30am.
