Jerry Walter Pearson, II was born September 10, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan.  He departed this life on March 29, 2019 at the age of 84.  Jerry attended Detroit Public Schools in Detroit, Michigan.  He accepted Christ at an early age at Solomon Temple, (formerly know as Church of God in Christ) in Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Pearson retired from Pontiac General Motors after 49 years of services.  He was a true music lover of jazz and old classic movies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Walter Pearson, Sr., & Ola Mae Pearson, his son, Mark A. Pearson, his siblings, Richard Pearson, Leon D. Pearson, George E. Pearson, Ralph Pearson and Phyllis Pearson.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Aldeen Pearson of 34 years, his children; Jerry W. Pearson, III, Carl Pearson, step-children; Donny Sanders Stephanie Sanders, his siblings; Delores Ford, Beverly A. (George) Kinsey, Lorean Bell, Larry Pearson and his uncle, George Smith.   Also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and family and friends.

Mr. Pearson will lie in repose on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.  Jerry Walter Pearson, III Celebration of life will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Cobb's Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will meet with friends at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
