Jimmie Sue Marion of Pontiac,Michigan departed this life on August 18, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Jim Henry Marion and Dessie Marion, of Soperton, Georgia, her son the late, Preston Marion and her daughter the late, Pamela Nicole Walker both of Pontiac, Michigan.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children;  Melissa Chapman, Amanda Marion and Brandon Walker all of Pontiac, Michigan, her siblings; Jimmie Jewel Marion, Glenda Faye Marion, Eddie Dean Marion, Pearl L. Jackson and the late; Jonathan Marion, Virginia Marion, Jeanette Marion and.  Grandmother of Da'Monica Twitty, Asia Blair, Ayris Blair, Precious Marion, Jocques Marion, Deshawn Walker and DeRondee Marion and great-grandmother of six, close family friend Gentle Ike Kimble.  Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.  Ms. Marion was a Domestic Engineer, she was a member of Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan where she served on the Senior Usher Board.

Ms. Jimmie Sue Marion will lie in repose on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.  Ms. Marion's home going celebration will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan.  The family will meet with friends at the church at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.  Rev. Roger Jackson, officiating.
