John Walter Fair, Sr. of Pontiac, departed this life on December 9, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Lee Fair, he is the father of; J.W. Fair, Jr., Katherine Fair, Carrie (Larry) White, Ollie (Greg) Jefferson, George Fair, Auther (Carol) Fair, Margetta Fair, the late; Jearry Fair, Rubynell Fair, James Fair, brother of; Melvin Fair, Eva Joyce Fair, the late; Arthur Fair and Edward Fair. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.

Mr. John Walter Fair, Sr. will lie in repose on Friday, December 15, 2017, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan.
From 12pm until 8pm. Mr. Fair Home going celebration will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11am at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church 168 Prospect St., Pontiac, Michigan. The family will meet with friends at 10:30am prior to the service at the church, Pastor Lorenzo Robertson, officiating. Mr. Fair will be laid to rest at Perry Mount Park Cemetery of Pontiac, Michigan.
