Kaddra LaShay Powell was born on March 30, 1976, in Pontiac, Michigan and departed this life on September 13, 2024.

She was educated in the Pontiac Public School System, graduating from Pontiac Central High School.  Kaddra is survived by her parents; Belinda D. Powell and Charles D. Hodge, daughters; KaMoia Simone and KiAira Michelle, brother; Edgar (Sherena) Powell, siblings; Ericka, Danielle and DeMarcus.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.

Kaddra LaShay Powell will lie in repose on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at New Mt. Moriah International Missionary Church 313 Walton Blvd., Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at New Mt. Moriah International Missionary Church, family hour will start at 10:30am and the service will immediately start at 11:00am.  Bishop William Murphy, officiating.  Internment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery, Pontiac, Michigan.
