Kathleen, more effectionately known as "Kathy" entered this life on January 8, 1959.  She departed this life on January 16, 2021.  This was during her "twin" season as she would remind us every year "you know Marvin and I will be twins for two weeks".

Kathy was bold, adventurous, loving, caring and always sending blessings and smooches!  Kathy absolutely loved all of her family.   She gave everyone personalized nicknames.  All of her nieces and nephews were made to feel special.

Kathy lived and followed her own path.  She followed her dreams and moved away to explore this beautiful country of ours.  She returned home in recent years to be close to the family that she loved.  Kathy would frequently share a scripture or send a video that we should watch; Reminding us that she loved the Lord.

If you really knew Kathy, you know that the only thing bigger than her beautiful smile was her HUGHE heart.  She was that family member who keeps in touch with everyone.  She was our "historian ".  If you needed to know what/where a family member was, then just ask Kathy.  For any special day, you could be sure to hear from one person for sure.  That person was Kathy.

Kathy was a beloved daughter of Karine Green (deceased); and Willie Green, A sister to Lee Marvin (Denise) Green; and Sharon Green: Godmother to her niece, Micah Green; an aunt to many nieces and nephews that absolutely adored.  She also leaves a special friend, Nancy Banks, many relatives and friends to cherish her memories.  Her warmheartedness will truly be missed...It already is.

The family has chosen a private service, there will be no public viewing.  Family and friends may pay their respect on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

As a global concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins  to  have a impact on our community, we are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of the families we serve and the community in general.  Some families are making the decision to postpone services while others have opted to move forward with a small gathering of close family and friends.

It is Cobb's Funeral Home policy, which lines up with the restrictions of our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, that all gatherings are limited to 20 people with a distance of 6 feet.
