Keion Ty'Rrone Charles Looney began his journey of life on September 29, 1985.  Born to Carmen Michelle Looney and Jonathan Carter, Sr., in Pontiac, Michigan.  He was the 2nd of 10 siblings, he was named after his uncle Anthony Tyrone Rogers.

Keion graduated from Pontiac Central High School in 2004.  His younger days consisted of his love for the outdoors, he loved being outside, where he learned from his older cousins and their friends how not to be in the streets.  He stayed playing in the streets, riding his bike up and down the hill and jumping ramps, he played basketball in the street in front of his home on Cedardale Ave.   He also played curbs with his little cousins.

Keion was a very sociable, outgoing and lovable person who made everyone smile and laugh, he was blessed to have two sons, De'Avion Akeem Lynn and Ka'Vion Amir Lee.  He found great joy in being their father and spending time with them.

He leaves to cherish his memory; two sons, De'Avion and Ka'Vion, mother, Carmen Michelle (Jerome); father, Jonathan (Lori); siblings, Sharmese (James ), Chantel (Amanda), Tyre, Jonathan (Andrea);  Kiara (Ryan), Ashley, Amber, Asha and Dominique; aunts, Careia; special aunt/sister, Chauni; the mother of his two son's, Lynneisha, cousins, James and Frank Taylor,  Theresa (Jaimone), Shannell, Kevin and Walter, Jr., Julian, Azya, Lee (Jasmine), Lesia, Nemeiko, Chauni, MiKhail, Kayla and Mi'Lee; God-Children, Rayven Jefferson, Carci and Carlos Dean, Jr., Bryant Long, III and Morgan Gooding; aunt/great-aunt, Mae Lynn (Allen) Campbell and Stella Manning; great-uncle, Leon (Helen) Looney and Walter (Sharon) Breeze; great-great-aunt, Joan White; Godmother, Alma Moss; special cousin whom was like a big brother, Raymond LaDon Dilworth.

Special friends who became family; Corey (Brittany) Jefferson, Bryant Long, Jr., Mark Gooding, Dominique White, Allen and Carlos Dean and too many more to name that loved him dearly.

Keion was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Lee and Lesia Looney, grandmother, Vanessa Carter; great-grandparents, Leon and Katie Mae Looney; great-uncle, Thomas Manning; great-great-uncle, James White and brother Derrick Davis, Jr.

Mr. Looney will lie in repose on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Cobb's Funeral 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Cobb's Funeral Home, family hour will start at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service.

As a global cocern about Coronavirus (COVID-19)  begins to have a impact on our community, we are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of the families we serve and the community in general.  Some families are making the decision to postpone services while others have opted to move forward with a small gathering of close family and friends.

It is Cobb's Funeral Home policy, which lines up with the restrictions of our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, that all gatherings are limited to 20 people with a distance of 6 feet.
