Kenneth (Ken) R. Davis, Sr., was born on February 9, 1956, in Pontiac, Michigan, to the late Nathan L. and Doretha Hood Davis.  He departed this life peacefully on October 15, 2023 at McLaren Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.

Ken wss raised in Pontiac, Michigan and he received his education in the Pontiac School System, graduating from Pontiac Central High School.

Ken leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of almost 30 years, Kimberly, his children; Brian, Jennifer, Brandi, Kenneth Jr., and Krystal, siblings; Gale Davis, Karl E. Davis, and wife, Rev. Dr. Sondria K. Davis.  Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents; Reverend E.C. Hood and Ms. Erie L. Humphrey of Texas, siblings; Nathan L. Davis, Jr., Deborah A. Orr and the late Henry Orr.

Mr. Davis will lie in repose on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Apostolic Church 3655 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan.  From 5:00 until 6:00pm and the service will immediately start at 6:00pm.

Internment will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Oak Hill Cemetery.  Gathering at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, at 10:30am, proceeding at 11:00am to the cemetery.
