Larry Lee of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life at  his home peacefully on May 5, 2023 at 8:30pm, surrounded by his devoted loving wife of 49 years and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Carrie Lee; his sisters, Lucy Lee and Apostle Wanda Williams.

Larry Lee leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Bishop Theresa Lee of Pontiac, Michigan, his mother-in-law, Yvonne Webb of Pontiac, Michigan, his sister-in-law, Rachel Rowe of Greenville, South Carolina, sisters; Emma Coleman of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Shirley Lee and Maxine Lee of Chicago, Illinois, brothers; Arnold Lee, Billy (Sharon) Lee, and Robert (Inez) Chandler of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Godchildren; Yolanda Terry of Pontiac, Michigan, Pastor Shannon (Dre) Holmes and Minister Aprille Harris of Detroit, Michigan, Minister Scott Bliss of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Minister Daniel Cook of Dayton, Ohio and Brother Deon Jones of Houston, Texas, his uncle; Nathaniel Jones of Las Vegas, Nevada and best friend Pete Taylor of Houston, Texas.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends,  He also leaves to cherish his memory his church home, New Birth International Church of Pontiac, Michigan, where he served as co-pastor.

Mr. Lee will lie in repose on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Michigan from 12:00pm until 6:00pm.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 11:00am at New Mount Moriah International Missionary Baptist Church 313 Walton Blvd., Pontiac, Michigan.  Family hour will start 10:00am.  Bishop William Murphy, II, officiating.  Interment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery in Pontiac, Michigan.
