Loretta Mae Gamble of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life on May 27, 2020 at Ascension Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan at the age of 82.  She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at Door of Faith Ministries in Pontiac, Michigan under the leadership of Pastor Earl O. Crump.

She is the daughter of Nora Porter Black and Fred Lee Ma Callister of Arkansas.   She leaves to cherish her memory her sons; Bryan (Theresa) Gamble, Sr., Chauncey (Theresa) Gamble, daughters; Jacqueline (Willie) Miller, Luwana (James, Sr.) Dodson, sisters; Betty Satter White, Anita McAllister Busbee, Marcia Fraser, Charlotte (Clark), brother; Maurice McAllister, 13 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents Fred Lee Ma Callister and Nora Porter Black, sons; Shawn Gamble, Sr., Thomas Gamble, Jr., granddaughters; Latoya Gamble and Christiana Gamble, grandsons; Dayshawda Miller and Amara Williams.  Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Family Gathering will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan.

As a global concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a impact on our community, we are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of the families we serve and the community in general.  Some families are making the decision to postpone services while others have opted to move forward with a small gathering of close family and friends.

It is Cobb's Funeral Home policy, which lines up with the restrictions of our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, that all gatherings are limited to 10 people with a distance of 6 feet.
