Loretta Victoria Higgins was born on June 16, 1942, in Priory, St. Ann Jamaica, the third child to the late John and Ina Higgins.  During the year 1967, as a young adult she migrated to the USA where she settled in Pontiac, Michigan.  On November 26, 2022 she departed this life in Pontiac, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Christine (Bibi) and Ruth (Jennie).  "Rest well now; you've done your duty here on earth and may the Lord bless your soul".

She leaves to cherish her memories; her son, Lenford Hall, her daughter, Susan (Kelly) Atkinson, granddaughter, Nicole Hall, sisters, Rose, Merlene and Fredericka, one brother, Leroy (Barry), the aunt to 4 nieces and 10 nephews.  Also survived by special friends, Jackie, Mary, Claudia, Juanita Denham and Blossom and a host of other loving relatives and lots friends.

Ms. Higgins will lie in repose on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm until 6:00pm.

Celebration of the life of Loretta Victoria Higgins will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11:00am at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac Michigan, family hour will start at 10:00am.  Internment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery in Pontiac Michigan.
