Lurlene King of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life on February 11, 2018. Mrs. King is the wife of the late William Lee King and the daughter
of the late William and Betty Hutchins.
Mrs. King is the mother of Alma Bradley-Pettress, Kathy Page, James (Vicki) Ross, Elizabeth (Antonio) McGee, Pauline Ross, Donald Ross, Howell (Annette) King, Bertha King, Stephanie Pattillo, Katrina Phelps, Steven D. Phelps, Elanda Phelps and the late Harvey Neale and Mary Louise. She is preceeded in death by Siblings; Claude Hutchins, Gladys Meredith, Kennis Hutchins, Thomas Hutchins, Sam Hutchins, Elbert Hutchins, Willie Hutchins, and Curlee Mae Hutchins. Grandmother of twenty five, fourty six Great Grandchildren and twenty three Great Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Mrs. King has been a member of Southside Seventh Day Adventist Church for more than 70 years and also served as a nurses aide for Oakland
County. Additionally, she was a member of the Title One and Golden Opportunity Club.

Mrs. King will lie in repose on Sunday February 18, 2018 at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 182 S. Sanford, Pontiac Michigan from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. The celebration of Mrs. Lurlene King's life will be held on Monday February 19, 2018. The service will be held at Seventh Day Adventist Church 182 S. Sanford, Pontiac Michigan at 12:00noon. The family will meet with friends at 11am at the church prior to the service. Mrs. King will be laid to rest at Perry Mount Park Cemetery of Pontiac, Michigan.
