Marketta Shanyel King was born August 22, 1991 in Pontiac, Michigan. She was called home February 2, 2024. She was preceded in death by Grandparents: Cynthia Lee Keyes (Rogers), Oliver Glenn & Velma Faye Beasley Sr. and Ray Bernard King.

Marketta attended Pontiac School District.  She was a loving mother to her kids and enjoyed spending time with her Family. She was the life of the party and touched many lives.

Marketta leaves to cherish her memory her children: Paisley Spencer and Aaron Sadler Jr. along with her parents: Marvin and LeVitta Rogers-Beasley.

Ms. King will lie in repose on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm until 6:00pm.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at New Experience Church of Christ 575 E. Pike Street, Pontiac, MI 48342. Bishop Antonio Gibson officiating. Family hour 10:00 AM and Service will start 10:30 AM.  Internment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Pontiac, Michigan.
