Mary LaTanya Harrison was born on December 16, 1972, to the late JC Harrison and Julia Milton in McComb, Mississippi.  Mary made her transition on April 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family..  She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings; Reginald Harrison, John Milton, Richard Milton, Bruce (Monica) Benson and mother-in-law; Dianne Tate.

Mary accepted Christ at an early age and received her education through the Pontiac School District, furthermore, she received an Associates Degree from Baker College in Early Childhood.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her significant other, Stephen Tate, children; Kiarra Tate, Stephen Tate, Jr., Treasure Tate and Tashaun Tate, her siblings; Myra Milton, Marsha Milton and Mykal Milton, nephews/brothers; Donnell Milton and Emmanuel Milton, eight nieces, one nephew, four great nieces and the love of her life, ZaMya, two great nephews, and one uncle; Walter (Rose) Milton.  Also survived by a host of cousins, friends, and co-workers.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm  - 6:00pm.

Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 12:00pm, at Christian Missionary Baptist Church 238 Mechanic St. Pontiac, Michigan.  Family hour will begin at 11:00am.  Interment will be held at Perry Mount Park Cemetery, Pontiac, Michigan.
