Mary Estelle McDonald of Pontiac, Michigan went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her husband the late; Rev. Eddie A. McDonald.  Mrs. McDonald leaves to cherish her memories, a loving family consising of, Janet Bailey of Washington D.C., Eddie (Gloria) McDonald, Jr.  of West Bloomfield, Michigan, Quinton McDonald, Zoenda (Charlie) Hodge of Pontiac, Michigan.,  Arlandus McDonald of Wade, North Carolina., Linda Watkins of Rochester Hills, Michigan., Rev. Derrick (Barbara) McDonald of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan., Jimmy (Nena) McDonald of Scottsdale, Arizona and  Sandy Michael McDonald of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.   She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends, too numerous to name.  Mrs. McDonald was a Member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan.


Mrs. McDonald will lie in repose on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan.  From 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.   Mother McDonald's celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church 143 Oneida St., Pontiac, Michigan.   The family will meet with friends at 10 a.m. at the church prior to the service.  Rev. Douglas P. Jones, officiating.  Mrs. McDonald will be laid to rest at Perry Mount Park Cemetery of Pontiac, Michigan.
