Norbert Keith Scott was born on June 17, 1952 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Willie Mae Scott and Albert Patterson.  Keith attended Pontiac Northern High School and he was employed with General Motors for over 25 years.  Keith was known to be very outspoken and rarely filtered but he was also a well loved gentle giant.

Keith enjoyed being home with his wife watching boxing or watching  his favorite cowboy movies.  He loved cooking, dancing, listening to oldies but goodies, cruising in his new pickup truck or pink Cadillac and entertaining his love ones with jokes and childhood memories.

Keith leaves to cherish his memory, life partner, Sandra Molett-Scott; nephew, William Metoyer; sister, Yolanda Jackson, stepson, Brandon (Chekia) Molett; stepdaughter, Ashley Molett; Grandchildren Lyriq Moore (Keith's Jazzy Ole Babe), Braelyn Molett, Briana Spencer, Arianna Tucker; close friends/brothers, Billy Randolph, Kenneth Smith, Willie Lawson, Daryl Starks, Roger Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae Scott and Albert Patterson; His first wife, Miyoshi (Frontier) Scott; sister, Barbara (Rodney) Harris, aunt, Rosetta Metoyer.

A Public Visitation for Mr. Norbert Keith Scott will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan.

As a global concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a impact on our community, we are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of the families we serve and the community in general.  Some families are making the decision to postpone services while others have opted to move forward with a small gathering of close family and friends.

It is Cobb's Funeral Home policy, which lines up with the restrictions of our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, that all gatherings are limited to 20 people with a distance of 6 feet.
