Richard James Weaver, Sr. Departed this life on September 7, 2018 at Providence Hospital.  He was born to the late, Ellis & Lucinda Weaver on September 15, 1943 in Montgomery, Alabama. He came to Pontiac, Michigan in 1950 where he lived his remaining years, he was the14th of 15 children.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 12 siblings, his son Ben Ellis Weaver and his great-grandson Solomon Bonner, Jr.  Mr. Weaver leaves  to cherish his memories; 8 children, 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Final arrangements were Entrusted by Cobb's Funeral Home of Pontiac, Michigan and Perry Mt. Park Cemetery of Pontiac, Michigan.
