Robert Lee Strawter, Jr. of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life on May 16, 2018.  Mr. Strawter is the husband of late Ada Strawter for 22 years and recently the late Pearl Strawter. Mr. Strawter is the father of Patricia Ann Horton. Mr. Strawter is preceded in death bysiblings; Roberta Stevenson, Luvina Rivers, Walter Strawter and Terra Ruth Reeves. He leaves to cherish his memory, along with his daughter, grandchild; David Horton and great-grandchild; Lauryn Horton and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Mr. Strawter was a member of Peace Baptist Church in Detroit, where he was a trustee and also served on the usher board. Mr. Strawter retired from Chase Bank after many dedicated years of service.

Mr. Strawter will lie in repose on Friday May 25, 2018 at Cobb Funeral Home, 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 from 12:00 pm until 8:00pm. The celebration of Mr. Robert Lee Strawter, Jr's life will be held on Saturday May 26, 2016 at 11:00am. The service will be held at Peace Baptist Church, Detroit Michigan 48212.
