Rodney Turner, a cherished soul, was born on September 4, 1965, in Trenton, New Jersey. He peacefully departed this world on September 16, 2026, at home.  Rodney was the beloved son of the late Thomas Lee Turner Sr. and Dorothy Turner.

Rodney is survived by his adored daughter, Ashley Turner, and his precious grandson, Ian Black, who brought immense joy and pride into his life, he also survived  by his siblings: Tony McLaurin (Rochelle) of Fayetteville, South Carolina Darryl McLaurin of Colorado Springs, Colorado Thomas Lee Turner Jr. (Evette) Richard Turner Shawn Turner (Traycie) Dausten, Turner, Christian Turner, Dexter Brown, Derrick Brown (Geneva) Samanthia Rambus.  

He also leaves his honorary parents, Cornelius and Elaine Brown, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.

Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lee Turner Sr. and Dorothy Tumer, and his siblings, Laura Ann Turner-Hooks, Yolanda Tuner, Tinika Jones, and his honorary grandmother, Ruth Mullen.
