Ruby Lee Gales of Pontiac, Michigan departed this life on February 8, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Adeline Love and her husband Robert Gales.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her daughter Gloria (Lawrence) Simpson, her son Earnest Barber, grandson, Brandon (Amber) Simpson and two great-grandchildren; Chloe & Brooks Simpson.  Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Ruby was a member of Welcome Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac, Michigan, she retired from Pontiac General  Hospital also in Pontiac, Michigan after 30 years.   She enjoyed traveling and reading the bible, she also loved and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially spending time with her great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Gales will lie in repose on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.    In honor of Ruby Lee Gales a Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church 143 Oneida St., Pontiac, Michigan, family hour will start at 10:30 a.m.  Rev. Douglas Jones officiating.   Mrs. Gales will be layed to rest at Perry Mt Park Cemetery in Pontiac, Michigan.
