Taft Lee Overton was on born on May 26, 1957, to the union of the late, Christine and Norman Overton, in Pontiac, Michigan. Taft departed this life on September 13, 2026, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Overton.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his siblings; Marilyn Hill, Roonie Overton, Tony Overton, Andre Overton, Darryl Overton, Rico Overton and Michael Adams.  Also survived by a host of aumts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
