Tass Jackson was born on May 28, 1957 in Pontiac, Michigan.  He made his transition on January 15, 2024.  Tass was preceded in death by his parents; Virginia Rucker and Tass Williams, his adoptive parents; Nealie and James Jackson, his wife; Wendy Jackson, brother; Gerald Rucker, and nieces; Lakisha Buford and Latoya Buford.

Tass accepted Christ at an early age, he received his education in the Pontiac School District and was a profound student at Pontiac Central High School.  He worked for Pontiac Cab Company for 15 plus years.  He loved listening to oldies music, playing cards, dominos, chess and going to the casino, but most of all he loved family gatherings.

Tass leaves to cherish his memories; his sisters; Cheryl Buford, Dianne Gilder and Jackie Lewis, niece; Satrina Gilder, nephews; Antwone Gilder, Quayvawn Mason, Brain Mason, Donavin Murry, Daryel Herring and Darryel Rucker,   Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Prospect Missionary Baptist Church 351 Prospect St. Pontiac, Michigan, Rev. Derrick McDonald, officiating, service will start at 1:00PM.
