Theresa Croskey was born on June 19, 1936 to the late James and Mary Walker in Columbus,  Mississippi.   She departed this life on April 9, 2020 after a brief illness, she grew up in a large family of 11 siblings.

Theresa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister and friend.  She was truly loved by all.

She was a devoted member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac, Michigan where she attended for over 50 years.  She loved the lord and expressed it to everyone she came in contact with. She sang in the adult choir and was a Mother of the Church, she lived a blessed life.  She was known for her kindness, love, smile, giving, compassion and caring for all.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters,Theresa Darlene Croskey, Charlene (Mike) Conley, her sister, China Bell, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grands and great-great-grands, nieces, nephews and  2 Special friends, Rosia McKnight, Alzada Daniels, Martha Campbell and others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Croskey.Sr., her 5 sons Ronnie, Marvin, Charlie, Jr., Timothy, Clay Croskey and 10 siblings.  She will be truly missed by everyone.
