Thomas Jerrell Washington, affectionately known by many as "TJ," "Pork Chop," "Pooh," "T. Kruger," and "K-Roll," was born on July 1, 1998, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Rhonda Moniquea Griffin and Thomas James Washington. A proud son, devoted father, gifted artist, and beloved brother and friend, Thomas transitioned from this life on June 13, 2025, at the age of 26 in his hometown of Pontiac.

From a young age, Thomas exuded talent and charisma. He attended PAE – Pontiac Academy of Excellence and graduated from Martin Luther King High School.  His passion for creativity led him to pursue an associate degree in Digital Media from Specs Howard.

He channeled his talents into multiple forms of art—music, photography, comedy—and quickly became known in the community for bringing people together through his artistry. As an up-and-coming rapper and digital media creator, Thomas was working on an album and had established his brand, FET – Family Eats Together, a testament to his love for family and unity.

He was a man of Christian faith and held a personal relationship with God.  Thomas's belief shaped his life, and he lived with kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness that made him loved by everyone he met.  Known for his witty sayings like "Freestyling," "Witcho bald-head self," and "You a Bug," his sense of humor and quick smile brought joy wherever he went.

Thomas is survived by his loving children, Zoey Naomi Washington, Zaiden Jerrell Washington and Klair Joy-Marie Washington, parents, Rhonda M. Griffin and Thomas J. Washington, grandparents Thomas Taylor and Angela (Kenneth) Mathis, siblings Tarentay Washington, Darmaris Gray, Tierr Daniels, Kymare Wheat, Johnaquin Keys, Rhaevyn Daniels, Kailey Wheat and Taylor Washington. Bonus Siblings Tierrana Jones, Kiynall Wheat, Keyasha Reid, Keyanna Reid, Latine Jones, Mishawn Bailey, Kemon Brock, Kyaris Outen and Kwamesha Brown.

His Aunts and Uncles; Ricky Griffin, Calvin Griffin, Erica Mason, Mario (Felicia) Griffin, Chung Carter, Elthea (Brandon) Cantrell, Andre Washington Calandra Jacob, Dawon Taylor, Desiree Taylor, Ariel Campbell.

Special Cousins: Christopher Griffin, Kenneth Griffin, Aiden Fish, Jayden Fish, Courtney Lyons, Nicholas Cooper, Joneisha Flower, Bijoun Cantrell and Antonetta Hill.

Bonus grandma Robin Moore and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his sister Kylie Wheat, brother Kevontae Wheat, grandmother Alexandrea Gray ("Nana"), Aunt Renica "Nicky" Griffin-Fish, great-grandparents Augustine "Shirley" Hayes and Arthur Hayes, and uncle Antwoinne Taylor.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 12–6 PM, at Cobb's  Funeral Home, 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, MI.

A celebration of life service will take place on Friday, June 27, 2025, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 394 Howland Ave, Pontiac, MI 48341. Family hour begins at 10:00 AM with the service to follow at 11:00 AM.  Thomas will be laid to rest at Perry Mount Cemetery in Pontiac, Michigan..
