Tracy Lynn Emery affectionately known as "Smoke", was born on November 20, 1967 to the late Ms. Betty Jo Emery and Christopher Bradley.  Tracy was born and raised on the Eastside of Pontiac.

Tracy graduated with her G.E.D. in 2003.  She also had a lot of other certificates that she obtained.  Tracy loved her children and grandchildren, they were her heart.  She loved all her real friends and family.  She was a strong loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Tracy had a passion for the Lord and sought out her relationship with God at Woodside Bible Church in Pontiac, Michigan.  She loved her church family.  No matter what anybody says, Tracy knew the Lord very well.  Anybody that knew Tracy knew to have her plate ready and her ashtray.

On December 31, 2020, the lord spoke to Tracy and said "Thy good and faithful servant, job well done, your work is now done, come unto me and rest."  Tracy answered the Lord's call.  She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ruby Tillis; her grandfather, Johnnie Roberts; her parents, Betty Jo Emery and Christopher Bradley; her brother, Patrick "PStone" Emery; her son, Trannell Emery and three sisters, Diane "Lady Di" Emery, Pamela Tige and Tamika White.

Tracy leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Torrie Emery, Traynea Emery and Daza Emery, her sisters, Charlotte Emery and Debra Huddleston, her brother, Alvin "Butch" Emery, her grandchildren; Leshawn Holt, Jr., Harmoney Emery-Brown, Kamiya Massey, Morgan Massey and one unborn grandchild, a special sister, Alicia Emery, a special brother, Devon "Debo" Samples and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Ms. Emery will lie in repose on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Woodside Bible Church 830 Auburn Ave., Pontiac, Michigan.  Family hour will start at 10:30 a.m. at the Church prior to the service, Pastor Ryan Russell, officiating.

As a global concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins  to  have a impact on our community, we are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of the families we serve and the community in general.  Some families are making the decision to postpone services while others have opted to move forward with a small gathering of close family and friends.

It is Cobb's Funeral Home policy, which lines up with the restrictions of our governor, Gretchen Whitmer, that all gatherings are limited to 20 people with a distance of 6 feet.
