Wilford F. Gordon of Alamogordo, New Mexico, formerly of Pontiac, Michigan. Departed this life on December 31, 2017, Age 96. Mr. Gordon was the husband of Mildred Gordon, preceded in death by his parents Willie & Mattie Gordon, the father of; Sharon D. Kennebrew, Winifred F. Gordon, William (Diane) Garling, Richard (Karen) Garling, Kathi (Harold) Evans. Preceded in death by his siblings; Hilton Gordon, Thirkiel Gordon, Alverdene (Randle) Gordon, Avorene Gordon, Jake Gordon and Lossie Gordon Price. Grandfather of eight and Great-Grandfather of eight. Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Mr. Gordon worked as a foreman at Pontiac Motors and he
was a charter member of St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan. Also a Member of Corinth Baptist Church of Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Mr. Wilford F. Gordon will lie in repose on Friday, January 5, 2018, at Cobb's Funeral Home at 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan. From 12pm until 8pm. Mr. Gordon celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018, 11am at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church 69 S. Astor St. Pontiac, Michigan. The family will meet with friends at 10:30am at the church prior to the service at the church, Rev, Al Terrell officiating. Mr. Gordon will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan. Monday, January 8, 2018, at 11am.
